WHAT IS GOODFORM?

GoodForm was founded by Rockaway Beach resident Monice Small as an alternative to intimidating and exclusionary big box gyms. Our boutique fitness studio prides itself on offering a high-quality workout facility, as well as energizing and welcoming classes for all bodies and abilities.

GoodForm believes in uplifting not just its members but the community writ large. As Rockaway locals, we strive to make fitness and movement more accessible across the peninsula by providing free outdoor classes, hosting large-scale and exciting events, and collaborating with fellow Rockaway business owners.

  • BodyCamp: Bodycamp was designed to focus on the fundamentals. Our Signature Class is a total body strength and conditioning session. Improve your energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. This class will leave you alert and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

    Overflow Yoga: Overflow Yoga, with Rockaway Beach resident Rachel Krieger-Garone, isn’t just a physical exercise; it’s a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Rachel’s mindful yoga class includes a range of poses for alignment, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.

    HIIT: HIIT workouts consist of short bouts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds immediately followed by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer. This form of exercise produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time.

    Pilates: Led by a skilled and certified instructor, attendees will engage in a series of controlled movements that target various muscle groups, promoting stability, alignment, and postural integrity. This mind-body mat class focuses on movements in all planes of motion that emphasize building a strong powerhouse. You’ll leave feeling energized, centered, and connected to your body.

  • Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome to join GoodForm’s classes! Our instructors have the skill and expertise required to cater to all fitness levels. We ask beginners to get started by taking the hardest step on their fitness journey — showing up for the first time (remember, your first class is free!). Come dressed comfortably in clothes you can move in, respect your body by taking breaks when you need to, and trust us; we’ve got you.

  • Create an account with GoodForm on our class schedule page. Book a single session by clicking on the calendar date it’s associated with, or sign up for one of our memberships by clicking “Memberships” at the top of the calendar.

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 in-person coaching for $90 a session.

  • Yes! Personalized nutrition $90- interested in perfecting your nutrition with personalized meal plans and real- time feedback? Book a 45 min 1:1 call where we will workshop your go to meals, your nutrition meals, nutrient timing needs, discuss an ideal macro breakdown based on body type, goals, routine, work through and pain points and more. Book anytime 🙂

  • Visit our class schedule and click “login”. From there, select “memberships”. Any issues, please email hello@goodformstudios.com.

  • Yes! Your first class with GoodForm is always free. After that, classes start at $25 a session and are reduced depending on which membership you choose.

  • Visit our class schedule page and login. At the top right corner, you’ll see a button that says “profile”. Go to your membership and you can pause it from there.

  • We do not currently offer discounts for students, seniors, or military personnel.

  • There are no age restrictions but minors must be accompanied by an adult.
