In this class, you will give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. High Intensity Interval Training increases aerobic endurance while improving strength, power, and maximizes calorie burn in a short period of time. HIIT is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. In less than 45 minutes, you will go as hard as you can and keep your energy all the way up!

With interval training, one part of your body is being trained while another rests. These bursts of work enable a trainee to put in maximum effort in minimum time, without overtaxing themselves physically or mentally. Expect to push yourself and expect to earn your rest!
“HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
