WHAT TO EXPECT

GOODFORM is offers small group training in 8-week blocks instead of traditional drop-in classes offered at big box gyms.
You can still expect the same great vibes and instructors in class but now every move, every second of rest, and every total session, will bring you closer to your goals than ever before.
At GOODFORM, we are serious about training. We are able to keep the mood light when we are in session because we rely on the principles of exercise science to push you to be your best, not screaming coaches.

Our 8-week programming block has been thoughtfully designed to build upon each previous week’s sessions. This is why we are now requiring all participants to commit to a training block when it opens up, a few weeks before the next 8-week start date.
The next 8-week block begins March 5, 2024. If you want in, register with us by March 4, 2024. Otherwise, you have the option to sign up for a waitlist for the next block of training.

Each week builds on the previous week. Our programming is designed to bring you results in a linear fashion so that you can eliminate the guesswork from your training.
THE JUMPOFF
HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE:
Register for an 8-week training block and attend session times that work best for you.
No matter what time you take BODYCAMP on any given day of the week, the programming will be the same. This way, you will progress in a structured, linear fashion- around your schedule.
STEP TWO:
Earn points for your team just by showing up for class and by participating in various weekly or bi-weekly challenges, designed to help you reach your full potential.
Points go towards free Nike merchandise for you and your team members!
STEP THREE:
Show up for your small group training sessions and meet the other GOODFORM members on your training team.
For the next eight weeks, you and your training team will get strong, build community, and lift one another up.
HOW DOES THIS EFFECT MEMBERSHIPS?
Membership costs will largely stay the same, however we are eliminating the option to purchase a drop-in class pack. Going forward, to participate in BODYCAMP classes, you must register for an 8-week training block.

Purchasing the 8-week training block automatically registers you for our BODYCAMP series. Dropping into pilates is still available to you for the cost of the class ($25), but no other drop-in classes are being offered at this time.

Enrolling in an unlimited membership is the best way to still attend all the GOODFORM classes you know and love without incurring an extra fee.

For an additional $50 a month you can register for our open gym. This way if you have to miss a class, you’ll be able to easily follow along with the programming on your own time and at your own pace.

Week 2, Jan 9 - Jan 15: Planes of motion + Balanced Body
Week 3, Jan 16 - Jan 22: Progressive Overload
Week 4, Jan 23 - Jan 29: Increasing Intensity
Week 5, Jan 30 - Feb 5: Modifications + Importance of Core bracing with more complicated moves

Sessions: 4x per week
Get outside and walk: For at least 20 minutes (Vitamin D). The Goal is to get 10K Steps per day on average per week
Active Recovery 2x per Week: Yoga, dance, mobility, stretching, foam rolling, and hike. Anything to just keep you active but not too taxing on your body.

That’s the main point of the program! To provide real-time feedback and corrections so you don’t have to second guess any moves you’re doing.

Enjoy your vacation! We would love it if you could get this work on your own.
As for the points, you will be able to make up points on your vacation if you send us a time stamped video of you training!
Be sure to jump back into the routine once you’re back from vacation!

The program are for folks who are serious about their fitness routine. This is for the folks looking to get stronger and fitter in quantifiable ways. If you’re someone who’s tired of playing the guessing game with their fitness, this is for you! It’s time to get real real in the gym!

After the 8-week program, you can continue with the next training block with us or you can purchase a program from us to do it on your own time!
The ultimate goal would be to have you continue your fitness journey with us by becoming a member!

If your goal is to lose body fat, we can help.
We will be going over body composition and nutrition in depth during your nutrition calls.

If you miss the scheduled class time, you miss the opportunity for your team to win extra points but you will still get the point if you show up a different time!
Do your best to attend Live classes so your team can win maximum points.

For starters, you don’t need to lift heavy to receive the benefits of strength training.
With this series, we’ll be working on mastering an exercise before we even touch on adding additional weight.
If your goal is to build muscle and/or lose body fat, adding resistance to a move is important when it comes to results
